So Ive decided to post a mod list for my car currently.
02 Chevy Monte Carlo SS 3.8l N/A
ZZP Z3 turbo kit
2.5" catted down pipe
90# springs
60# Siemens injectors
Mini AFC
26x10 Hoosiers
15" Race Stars from Jegs
ARP 2" wheel studs
ZZP remote tune
10lbs of boost
NSX Boost controller
AEM Wideband

Car also has been stripped down to Dash, Headliner, and a jegs race seat. Goal weigh is 2800lbs with my big butt in it.
The WHP is currently unknown, but im sure there is someone with a similar build list that knows.

That's a pretty nice list, I have a couple of questions for ya.
  1. Are you planning on keeping the boost at 10psi or going higher? It seems a bit low to me, so I'm just curious.
  2. Did you do anything to the trans to support this for long-term use, such as a custom trans tune, shift kit, torque converter, or other internal upgrades?
  3. Tuning, are you souly relying on ZZP to dial this in or are you planning on getting a Dyno tune down the road?

Hi Robert!
1. No I plan on being at maybe a max of 20lbs
2. The tranmission is a wear item, so as it wears out or breaks I'll replace parts.
3. Im only using ZZP till I can reliably tune myself. I have a HpTuners Mvpi 3 that im learning with at the moment. Also if I get dyno time I will definitely be posting numbers and working with the tuner available.
