Since my last post,
- I have gotten a GXP body kit
- Overhauled the audio system with all brand new goodies
- Slowly dialed in the tune

There's plenty more I have planned for the future that I will post here.

Very nice, glad you finally got the full gxp kit and parts for the thing, looks nice already but will look even better when it’s all one color.

Yes, I can’t wait to make it all matching. I unfortunately have come to the conclusion that I will not be doing that painting myself.

Weird discovery i made on the car last night.

I ran a carfax and discovered that the bonnie actually had upwards of 215k actual miles when i bought it. The previous owner swapped the clusters to either gain more value or maybe the cluster died, who knows.

Either way, this have now given me motivation to work on the car again because I’ve always wanted a high mileage car.

I’ve personally put 14k miles on the car so that should put the rough mileage at around 230k.

That's a big difference in mileage, lol. I don't prefer high-mileage cars unless they are in really good condition.

Winter project has begun.

Pulled the blower and intercooler off to reseal it.

More details to come.

whats up with the whole tube of silicone rammed into the IC? just interesting lmao

Thats how you’re supposed to seal it as per the instructions. I just did a shit job
That's freaking insane that they would even sell a product with that type of design defect.

Smallish update. Just took pictures as I went. Got the LIM, IC, and blower cleaned up and ready for reseal.

Pulled blower to prep it for a methanol injection nozzle

Got some coolant in the valley but I was gonna change the oil anyway once she runs again

Smallish update. Parts are starting to roll in so I am eager to start back up on the bonnie.

Other parts I have coming in include:
- 3.2” pulley for the blower

- Exhaust wrap for the equalizer pipe to prevent heat soaked intake temps

- both heater hoses

- boots and grease to rebuild my old steering rack

- rear trailing arms

- 2” lowering springs

- valve cover gaskets (because ZZP polished cant be dry for some reason)

03/12/25 Update:

The car finally runs and drives again!

From here, I still need to fix and replace a few more things.

Still need to do:
2” lowering springs
Rear trailing arms
Passenger airbag sensor wiring
Tires
3.2” pulley
Replace factory charging system wiring with better / newer wiring.

What's the ETA on the 3.2 pulley? We should have the vac leak taken care of this weekend.
